Domestic

Shipping costs can be found at the check point, where possible we will try to consolidate parcels and refund any over charges.  Dispatches take 1-3 business days, but we aim to get these out at the earliest connivence after we receive your order. 

All packages will be personally wrapped with our Boho Burro stationary so are perfect for gift giving! If you require a gift note with your parcel, please contact us us below.

Parcels are sent by UPPS, either by priority or first class. This includes insurance and tracking numbers.

 

International

Parcels are sent by UPPS, either by priority or first class.  This is only trackable whilst in the USA. If you require registered shipping please contact us below.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Refunds & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Items are to be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Once we are receipt of the shipment, a full refunded will be issued. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

I don't accept cancellations or refunds on custom orders, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
